Privacy policy
Técnicas de Control, S.A. processes the personal data you provide through this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
- Técnicas de Control, S.A., Tax ID A-78045333
- Av. Fuentemar 20, Nave B-4, Polígono Industrial Coslada 3, 28823 Coslada (Madrid), España
- Data protection contact: comercial@tecnicasdecontrol.com
2. What data we process and how we obtain it
Only the data you provide when filling in the contact form or writing to us by email or phone: full name, company or organisation, country, email, phone, type of client, line of interest and the content of your message. We do not process special categories of data or data of children under 14; if you are a minor, please do not use the form.
Browsing the site does not require registration. The hosting server automatically logs technical data (IP address, date, requested page) for security and maintenance purposes, kept for the usual server-log retention period.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your request for information, a quotation or a partnership and maintaining the communication needed for it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Sending you the corporate dossier, if you requested it by ticking the corresponding box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Managing the commercial and contractual relationship if your request leads to a project or supply. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions.
4. Retention
Data from requests that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for a maximum of two years from the last contact. If a contractual relationship is formalised, data are kept for its duration and afterwards for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations (generally six years under the Spanish Commercial Code).
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors under contract, in particular the website and email hosting provider, with servers located in the European Union. If your request requires a manufacturer or partner to prepare a proposal, we will only pass on the necessary technical information and, if it includes personal data, we will tell you beforehand.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Should it become necessary in the future, it would be done with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to comercial@tecnicasdecontrol.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption of site communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to the company's email.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
